Next week on "Iraq War" the US will launch "A new offensive".....
At some point, they need to quit trying for the press release of "launching new offensive", and just fight the war.
I wish the Pentegon wasnt trying to be in the buisness of PR.
very true , I think this whole event has been unfair on the forces.
Agree or disagree with the war (you know my view) the Military did the Job that was asked of them , they defeated saddam ,
What is being asked of the Military now is not what they are trained to do ,
Going house to house is at least a special forces operation and more common it would be a police operation
the military is to heavy handed and just keeps making mistakes , i do not blame them , it should not be their job
The President's speach today made me happy. I just hope that Bush now follows that up with action. I think the "war on Terror" has stalled out in Iraq. I would like to see Iraq settled soon enough that we can then move on, and lean on Saudi and Syria to start making some changes.
