Thankyou for posting this 'IS' , There is very little in the post that i would disagree with
with one exception , the statement "That is what the British used to say before 7/7."
not quite so in my view , as presented in this article from the London times newspaper

Abu Qatada is a perfect example of not fully understanding your enemy ,
My view is after the events of 9/11 the british SIS were to keen to place trust in potential informers that turned round and did bite them back
